Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah
My employer has me working in a different state than I live in. Am I subject to the employment laws of the state I live in or the one I work in? If it's the one I work in then is there an hours threshold that I must meet before I'm eligible for the employment laws in that state? Does the same rule apply from a tax perspective?

Generally you are subject to the laws of the state in which you work. Contact that state's department of employment to confirm.
