I am Federal Employee (Forest Service), I had my Supervisor tell me that I cannot take my 15 minute breaks/naps at my desk with my feet up, that I must go to the break room. Please Advise, Al

Ask to see the policy manual or regulation that prevents you from taking the break at your desk. He may have the right to forbid you to put your feet on your desk if it harms the desk, or presents a bad appearance to the public.
