I live in ut and am currently awaiting a pre trial on some theft charges that i am trying to fight will i pass a background check for a call center if i dont have any convictions?

Probably. Being accused is not the same as being convicted. Generally background checks only review convictions - however it is possible that your entire record may be found. So the best course of action would be to make sure the charges are dismissed.
