Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah
medical
i know it is a federal law that when you are on medical leave you still have your job. what can be done when you are termiatd while on leave that the main office approved but yet there manager here did it before i was medically released. have witnesses to it.

You may be able to appeal the decision through your company's HR department or other appeals route inside of the company. If you are a state or federal employee you have other rights. If your are employed under a contract, you may have other rights. OR you can apply for unemployment compensation.
