Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah

I was let go on Monday from my job. My boss bought me a car last June 2009. I have had the car insured and made regular payments on time until Mon Mar 22, 2010. When he let me go on Monday he also took my car and the keys. What is my recourse now and what can I do about the car and the payments that were made since June.

You can sue for possession of the car if the agreement was that the car was to be yours. If the car was to remain company property, then the employer is entitled to its return.
