P.S. Does the labor commission also join with the EEOC in deciding if I have grounds to sue? (I am a bit interested in recouping my future legal expenses.) Thanx again, Milinda

In Utah the Labor Commission handles all of the EEOC complaints. GO to the Discrimination Page on their website.
