Non Competition agreements are required to be limited in time and scope - meaning that the agreement to not compete only applies to a limited geographic area, for a limited time (usually 1-2 years) and for a specifically defined job description.

In order to evaluate your circumstances, I would have to visit with your husband and have a copy of the agreement. I will provide an initial consultation at no charge. Please call (801) 876-4422. You can fax the agreement to (801) 876-4411.
