Overtime pay at seasonal employer when not seasonal worker?
I work at a employer in UT that is a seasonal employer. However, they have several year round employees of which I am one. I am a full time (40 hours), year round employee. Do they have to pay me overtime when I work more than 40 hours a week? What should I do if they are required to pay overtime?
Also, I was a part time employee when I was promoted to take the place of a full time employee who left the company. He recieved benefits, sick leave, time off, etc. I recieve none of these benefits. Is this legal? Other full time, year round employees recieve benefits.

You should be entitled to receive the same benefits as other full time employees. If you are an hourly employee you should be paid overtime.
