Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah

About reimbursment and payment

Is there a law about my employer who needs to increase pay every year, expecaly when work load is increased?

Also do they have to reimburse for using my own car more then .19 cents to the mile?

Re: About reimbursment and payment

There are no laws in Utah requiring an employer to give annual raises, nor regulating the reimbursement of miles on your car. If you are not pleased with your employment, you should be able to find another job.
