Requirements of employer to inform you of complaints
I work as an aesthetician/laser technician for a physician. Recently one of the lasers we used burned quite a few clients b/c of a malfunction. The malfunction has been resolved but we have had many complaints. Now my employer is claiming they have had complaints about my work for many months but never told me because they didn't want to shake my confidence. They pulled from the laser and are trying to do everything in their power to get me to quit without actually firing me. What should I do?

Demand to see the complaints so you can defend yourself. If you quit you will not get unemployment compensation. Wait for them to fire you - and start looking for a new job.
