Retirement benefits

I have worked for a company that gave benefits of health insurance and retirement funds to select employees. these employees are brothers to the president and ceo of the corporation. also in the past others have received benefits. is it legal for them to give benefits to select employees or does it have to be offered to all employees?

Health benefits need to be given to all employees of the same general class, if the employer has more than 15 employees. This means that managerial employees may have insurance while laborers do not. An employer cannot discriminate based on relations.
