Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah
I am a subcontractor for a locksmith. We do foreclosed houses well I have not been payed for the work I have done going on to 5 months now. I have all proof with pictures of the houses and work order numbers. I have talked to his secretary who is my sister in-law and she said he has been taking money out to fund his fishing excursions and there is no money left to pay me. What should I do??? Am I just out that money??
