Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah
Out of town pay
My employer sends us to out of town
projects for weeks at a time. Our shifts
are generally 10-12 hours a day 6
days a week. Some times the project
is delayed by the client and we do not
work. Can our employer legally not pay
us a full days wage? They pay us for 4.

Re: Out of town pay
Your employer must pay you for the hours you work.
