vested retirment benefits

The Co I work for for 26 years has a benefit of medical after retirmerment for myself and my wife. You must be at least 55 and have 10 years of service.

Can the Co. withdraw this benefit or any part of it.

IT depends on the agreement between you and the company. Many companies are withdrawing benefits where the agreements allow the changes. You will have to - or have an attorney - review the relevant agreements. Also, ask the company person in charge.
