Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah
Wage Reduction after 5 Years
I have worked for a company for 15 years. After 5 years at a specific wage that was red-lined four people from my company filed a grievance against me for having a higher wages than what top out pay is and took it to our board of directors. The decision was made to reduce my wages however, after reading the companies policy i feel they are in violation of what they implement. The state policy shows they lawfully can do that, what I want to know is do I have recourse based on what the company policy states?

Re: Wage Reduction after 5 Years
If the company violates its own published policy, you can probably get enforcement in court.
