wages due upon termination to employee

what are my legal rights concerning termination and wages owed to be upon the date of termination and not being payed those wages due to.

I assume you are not being paid due to bankruptcy. Unpaid wages are a priority obligation, requiring that the employees are paid before unsecured creditors. Your chances of being paid depend on the amount of cash that can be raised by the trustee.
