Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah
Working on Sunday
I put on an availability sheet for an employer that I was not available to work on Sunday. They have scheduled me on Sunday for the next two weeks. Is that a violation of any law?

No. Talk to your employer and remind them of your pre employment position. Your employer can fire you, but you can then seek unemployment compensation.
