Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah

Wrongful Interference with an Employment Relationship

My job is being ended due to the personel feelings toward me by our client. My job is to get admissions to our ventilator unit at a contracted facility. The director of the facility has made false statement and accusations regarding my marketing efforts towards me. Due to his constant whining, my employer wants to end our relationship. She said I would not be fired and she would offer me a severance package. Help
