Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Utah

Hello,

My husband and I belong to a Non-profit corporation, an equestrian riding club. The club leases property from a large corporation. The club has put a riding arena, bleachers, light poles and an equipment shed on the property. In the lease it states that the club can be served an eviction notice at any time and would have at that time 30 days to vacate the property. If a notice were to be served and the club failed to remove everything from the property, what legal action could be taken against the members?

Thank you.

Corporations do not have members, they have shareholders. The corporation is responsible for any damages, but not the shareholders, officers or directors.
