Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Utah
My landlord and his wife rent me a room in the basement of thier home. I got a letter from them saying if I don't get a CPAP for snoring then they will make me leave . Is this legal because now I am trying to get all these expensive test for sleep apnea if that is the problem even.

Read the lease and have them explain how they can demand you get a CPAP. If you have a snoring problem that disturbs them, they may claim you are a nuisance. If you snore that loud, you should be investigating a solution.
