Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Utah
My lease says that my rent is due on the 1st of every month and we have a 3 day grace period. My landlord is saying that the $20 a day late fee starts on the 3rd on the 4th. He's saying I owe him $60 insted of $40 can he do this help please.
