Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Utah
I live with my grandmother and me and her are not getting along, I do not have a lease or a renters agreement, and she is giving me a three day pay or evict and is making up an amount for rent. I have been trying to get out of the house but am unable to get a job to be able to pay rent. I have 3 children and my husband has several severe medical issues, as do I.
My grandmother has not "Offically" Filed the eviction with my city, but I am wondering legaly what can happen and how long it can stay before I "have" to get out
