Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Utah
I have a man in my house that I have evicted. He refuses to leave and he is not the original tenant. His 5 days are up and I have had power shut off.I can't afford to take him to court. Can I change the locks and put his belongings outside? I have people who are interested in buying my home, but I can't even show them the property. Thank you in advance

You will have to get a court order. See the Utah Court's website for a do it yourself eviction process.
