Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Utah
I was given a notice of eviction on the 11th of August from my apoartment, due to a bounced check. My question is...how long does the manager have to notify me about my check bouncing? Apparently according to my credit union said they tried cashing it on the 5th of august & I find out on the 11th.

I'm assuming you knew when you issued the check whether it would clear. There's a legal presumption to that effect at any rate, so you can't really use, as a defense, some lapse of time between when you issued the check and when you found out that it didn't clear.
