Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Utah
Don't play me
The owner excepted particle payment following a 3day notice and still turned around and locked me out and I have no where abouts of childrens pet or my personal belongings. He is also trying to charge me with the labor he hired to move my belongings after only 3days. And I would like to know what I can do about this.

Call legal aid or Tenant Union in your city. They can direct you to legal resources.
