Thanks for anyone's help. I rent in Utah and the owner of the home is deciding to sell.
If they sell the house and the new owners want to move in, do they have to pay us to move? I.e. Buy out of a contract, moving fees, etc.
Do they have to give us a 24 hour notice to show the home?
I'm not having any luck researching this on Google or any other sources. I appreciate anyones help!
Thanks!

The new owner will purchase the house but you will be able to stay in the house until the end of your lease (unless you violate the terms of the lease). You are entitled to reasonable notice to show the house, 24 hours is reasonable.
