Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Utah
Is a rental contract legally binding if only one party signs the contract? I had signed the contract but the rental agency did not. I was given the copy with my signature but a few months later, after I had notified I was not going to move in, I recieved a copy of the contract where the rental agency had signed it. They are asking me to pay the full amount for the months I would have lived there. I do not want to pay if the contract is not legally binding.

" I recieved a copy of the contract where the rental agency had signed it. "- then how you are telling it is being signed by one party?
