Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Utah
I have rented the same place in weber county utah for the last 10 years, afew years ago it was bought by a different owner, me my son an ex all are on the lease, my son got into trouble elswhere, but went to prison for a year on a 3rd degree felony, he come home in 2 weeks, my landlord came to my door 3 days ago an said he joined the goodlandlords group, so my son can no longer live here, what are my rights, an how much notice does he have to give me?

Read your lease agreement. That covers whether your son can stay Just because your landlord joins goodlandlords does not give the landlord more rights
