Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Utah
My wife and I own a townhouse in which 3 units are in one building. One of our next door neighbors continually play loud bass noises that we can feel through our wall. I've asked him politely to turn the noise down but he doesn't comply. What law could he be violating? I'm aware that he would definitely be breaking the law after 10pm, but am curious if there's any legal violation he's committing due to it being an intense bass noise. We live in Midvale, UT 84047
I've already contacted the HOA and they haven't done anything. Your help is appreciated.
