Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Utah
ebay
Ebay is growing with more Pornography than before. Does a public school student have the right to view these types of photos? I am looking for something in written law, not an opinion.

Re: ebay
There are no laws which take away the right of a minor to see pornography. The laws attempt to prevent the display of pornography to minors. Most schools and many homes have software which is intended to protect minors from viewing pornography.
A minor student does not have any rights to view anything on a computer owned by the school. The school can - and should - restrict what is available to students, since the school owns the computers and the internet access. The school gives the student permission to view certain things, and can control and restrict access as it may wish.
