Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Utah

lawyer is an officer is a client's corporation

I am having legal issues with a former work relationship pertaining to a very unclear non-disclosure agreement.

The corporation's attorney who is representing the corporation is also listed as an officer of the corporation.

Is this unethical, unprofessional or a conflict of interest?
