Getting my money back

I paid $1000.00 to agel to join their web based business

did Not sign any contract. They sent me 4 months of product which I returned to them and asked for my money

to be returned last nov. & Dec. They still haven`t

returned a single dime to me. I`am very upset and frustrated as that money came out of my savings I want it

back. Can I sue them for my 1,000.00 plus 5,000.00 for mental anguish?

You can sue them for your actual out of pocket loss. You cannot sue for mental anguish. You can sue for "conversion" or theft and ask for punitive damages. Sue in small claims court.
