Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Utah

Repeated Corrupt Conduct by Mortgage co.

I am with a mortgage company that has tried to force me into foreclosure through varies ways that were more than

unethical. I have gone to a couple of organizations explaining,

that this company ignored all the evidence I had showing I paid

them all ready for late fee's at the last day I was giving.

They continue to charge me a rate that I couldn't afford and

they were attempting to take my account to foreclosurer.

The only change that took place is the name of the company.

I started out with Equicredit to Fairbanks and now Select

Portfolio Servicing. USA has managed to get back $76.08 for

some of the money, they took from me unlawfully.

However my problems are far from over. I'm still with

the company that violated me and had to pay me back. That's

just as bad as reporting to the police your stepfather

molested you and they turn you over back into his custody.

My question to you is how can I get out of this jam?

Secondly, can this company be seized by any formal organization and have it's assest taken and given to those

they have victimized.

Re: Repeated Corrupt Conduct by Mortgage co.

If the company breached the terms of its contract, it can be sued. Fairbanks was recently sued for some violations. Your best recourse is to refinance.
