Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Utah

I did nothing wrong! I feel violated!
Help me out here someone please! Sunday morning I was awakened by a knock at the front door. It was a dog catcher giving me a citation because my dog ran lose. I was OK with this and complied with all of her requests. Then a neighbor flagged her down and started yelling at me to get rid of my dog, I should get rid of my loser husband and stood there making an L with his fingers on his forhead. I began to cry and my husband came to my defense. My husband asked the neighbor if he was on his property. That is all. With that, the dog catcher lady called the police for backup for her safety. She accused my husband of threatening the neighbor by his question. My husband left to cool down. The the cop came over and both of then started YELLING at me demanding my work information, cell number, etc. I did nothing wrong. I was compliant with the citation and gave her what she asked for. They both yelled at me demanding information to the point where I was crying so bad I couldn't talk. The animal svc. lady was offended by my husband and took it out on me. I feel violated. I was compliant. Then the lady took the cop over to my neighbors house to get more dirt on my husband. The citation was issued. Why all the drama? HELP
