Legal malpratice utah

My attorny of 5 years took a case against me. He had rep'd me 6 months before he filed on me. Could I possibly sucessfully sue him for malpratice

as I oppose this. What are the statutes of limitations?

You can file a motion to have him removed if you can show that you are at a disadvantage with him now suing you. Also file a complaint with the Utah State Bar.
