Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Utah
So I went to the dentist and they asked me if I have insurance but not what provider. They did the work and then it came to pay and it turns out they didn't take my provider.... is that legal?

It is legal for them to not take your provider. However, due to the misunderstanding it would be wise to get your provider and the dentist on the same call to work out something. If nothing can be worked out you will have to pay - or risk going to court.
