I had a D&C after i had my baby and the doctor punctured my uterus and may have caused permanate damage? Can i sue for that?

It depends on whether his surgical technique as outside the scope of normal and customary operating procedures for physicians performing D&Cs. Get the medical records, including the surgical notes and have another surgeon review them to see if there was an irregularity.
