Legal Question in Military Law in Utah
What are the military proceedings for Homicides committed on a military installation? i.e., After the Article 32 hearing, what is the procedure ? Is a Court Martial the next step after the Article 32 hearing?
How is an Article 118 different than an Article 80? Nidal Malik Hasan is the subject of a term paper I am writing for a Criminal Investigations Class. No mention has been made of Military Law.
