Limits of liability for personal injury
My son has suffered severe head trauma in an auto accident and the limit of liability from the persons insurance respossible for the accident, is $50,000. is this all they are liable for? for his pain and suffering and possible loss of future income do to his dissability? Rehab etc?

The insurance company is only liable for the amount of their policy. However, the person causing the collision is responsible for the rest of your son's damages and losses. You will have to sue that person, get a judgment and then attempt to collect against the person's assets.
