Legal Question in Personal Injury in Utah

My wife and I are expecting our second child. My wife got pregnant while on the BC Yaz. She obviously took it for a few weeks before she found out she was pregnant. We just found out that our baby has a serious birth defect. Is there grounds for a claim against Yaz?
