Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

Is a county manager required to post public meetings to the utah public notice website. The public meeting was to approve or deny a subdivision and the county has a budget over a million dollars. If not does anyone know what exemption it falls under? When i inquired to their office i was informed "they didn't have too" and the state told me to contact me attorney. Thank you

Bring the statute to the attention of the county attorney and the county manager. All state agencies and political subdivisions are required to post to the website, with a few exceptions. For example, municipalities and special districts that have a current annual budget of less than $1 million are encouraged, but not required to post written notice on the website. For these exceptions, please see UCA 52-4-202(3)(b).
