criminal mischief

can i be charged with criminal mischief for breaking a dish belonging to me in my own home? this complaint was filed by estranged wife, who i am legally separated from and have been at least six weeks prior to the aledged incident. also i am the only buyer named anywhere in my buyers agreement. her name cannot be found anywhere either as a co-buyer, or as a permanent or temporary co-tennant. nor is she included in any form of cosigners agreement
