Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah
I have used a right of way easement to my land through another's property for 20 years. I go in during the day, and so it is obvious that I use the easement to get to my property. Can he legally deny me access to my property after all these years. Also, if he calls the sheriff and I get a citation for trespassing, will this go to criminal court?

You are legally entitled to use the easement, but may need to prove it in court. IF you are cited, then you can get it transferred to civil court.
I have done these cases before and can help you.
