Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

eminent domain

We have some land that was taken by eminent domain in the 1930's by the federal government for use of a military depot. In the late 1990's the depot was closed and they are now selling this property to private individuals. Is there any law or limitation that would cause land that has been taken by eminent domain to revert back to the previous owners, or--name removed--least give them the first oportunity to buy the property?

Thanks,

Re: eminent domain

No. The process of eminent domain compensates the property owner for all of the former owner's interests in the property. The former owner has no remaining rights in the property.
