Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

I feel the contractor violated the purchase agreement. He did is not building my unit the same as the model I was shown. Am I obligated to this agreement?

It depends on the agreement(s) you signed with the contractor. You should have an attorney review the documents and the degree of deviation from what you thought you were getting.
