Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

We just found out that our house is not connected to the city sewer system as we were told it was when we bought it. Any recourse?

If your purchase documents state that the house was connected to the sewer system, you may have recourse against the seller - meaning that the the seller may be liable for the cost to connect to the system.

these documents generally provide or attorney fees.
