Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

My house burned down 9/2/01. The insurance was in my mother's name. She had terminal cancer and wanted me to stay with her until she died. So the $130,000 of the settlement was put in the bank under her name to revert to me upon her death. I had some problems with my father. He evicted me the last week of October. Mom died 11/16/01. The following week dad withdrew all the money.The following month he sold my property which I had quick claimed to my mom for $1 during my divorce. What area of law does this involve if I want to litigate for my losses and could I get a referral to a reputable firm?
