Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

If im giving my property to my daughter on a quick deed claim and my other daughter has a house and the bank loan under my name will it efect me as saying is fraud or anything like that

You remain liable on any loans on property for which you signed, regardless of whether you quit claim them to your daughter. If the loans are not paid you will be sued for the balance owed. Before you take this action you might want to talk to an attorney to make sure this is the best way for you to accomplish what you want.
