greedy brother takes all
Father puts real estate in younger siblings name to escape probate. Father states will on cassette tape. Father tells older siblings. Older siblings not told of fathers death. Both move to state to find younger sibling will not release property or has sold part. What steps can be taken to force release of property left.

You need to file probate to contest the transfer to the brother and to contest the will. Probate should be opened in the state and county where the property is located. A lis pendens should be filed against the property to prevent its sale before the probate is closed.
