home purchase

i was pre approved to buy a house and the seller accepted my offer and ernest money she also accepted $1000 in rent because my settlement money to purchase the house is tied up for 30 more days i can buy the house then but she said she cant wait and will kick me out this weekend do i have any legal rights?

Not enough information. WHat does your written agreement say? Assuming the extension was oral, not written, it may still be enforceable but you need a face-to-face with a real estate attorney to get out all the relevant information.
